HYPED (Helping Your People Excel Drastically) in Health is a FREE community event where people come to learn more about a holistic approach to health. The goal, through this event, is to raise awareness and provide support on living a healthy lifestyle that can prevent illnesses and chronic diseases as well as assist those who struggle with ailments on a daily basis.

Come on out for the 3rd Annual HYPED in HEALTH EXPO with food, education, fellowship and fun for the community. There will be a main event and interactive workshops which will be facilitated by area health and fitness gurus as well as taste testing during the day consisting of healthy food choices by local chefs.

The Health Conscious Diva
Natasha is an entrepreneur, heart disease survivor, health coach, advocate, motivator, speaker, and author who is passionate about educating people on sustaining a healthy lifestyle. At the age of 22 Natasha was diagnosed with Postpartum Cardiomyopathy. After a couple relapses in 2009 and 2015 had her hospitalized she decided to become her own advocate and managed to get herself removed from needing to have a heart transplant. Through integrative nutrition, exercise, supplementation and enjoying life, Natasha realized that she can live a life that does not have a hold on her. She decided to form The Health Conscious Diva LLC to inspire, educate and empower others to become their own health advocate. Through her coaching, she is determined to teach others to take control of their own health. Natasha currently teaches plant-based cooking classes which she calls Purple Sol Kitchen. Her book, My Heart Rocks, will be released in the Spring of 2020 and available for purchase at the event.
